BRANTLEY GUTIERREZ

Brantley Gutierrez is a Los Angeles and Brooklyn-based director and photographer known for his cinematic storytelling and textural visual style. His work spans music videos, commercials, and photography, with collaborations that include Paul McCartney, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, and The Foo Fighters. He wrote and directed the acclaimed dance film Anna, starring Emma Stone, and created a feature documentary following Paul McCartney and the New York City Ballet as they developed a new ballet production. Gutierrez also won the Kodak Motion Picture Award for “Best Director” for Who Cares?, a musical short starring McCartney and Stone, shot on 65mm film by Oscar winner Linus Sandgren. His photography has appeared on the covers of Rolling Stone, Vogue, Time, and The New York Times.
